Welcome to NutriAtta (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated at nutriatta.com in India. By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing products, you (“User”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About the Service

NutriAtta offers customizable multi-grain flour blends. Customers configure their own atta mix using our Interactive Atta Builder and AI-powered recommendation engine. Orders are fulfilled by our partnered vendors (stone-grinding mills) and delivered by our partnered delivery partners in serviceable pincodes across India.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information (name, email, phone, delivery address, pincode) during registration and checkout.
• Business/reseller accounts require prior written approval from NutriAtta.

3. Product Information & Pricing

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• The nutritional information shown by the AI advisor and dashboard is an approximate reference based on average grain data and is not medical advice. Please consult a qualified dietitian for medical conditions.
• We reserve the right to revise prices, discontinue grains, or modify products without prior notice. Orders already placed and paid for will be honoured at the confirmed price.

4. Placing an Order

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay and receipt of a NutriAtta order number (starting with NA...).
• Orders can only be placed for pincodes we currently service. Non-serviceable pincodes will be blocked at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable grains) with a full refund.

5. Payments

• All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. NutriAtta does not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
• We accept UPI, Cards (Credit/Debit), Net Banking, and popular wallets subject to Razorpay availability.
• In case of a payment success at the bank but failure to update our system (very rare), please contact support@nutriatta.com with your order number and payment reference. Refunds for genuinely failed orders are initiated within 24 hours.

6. Delivery

• Standard delivery timelines are 2–5 working days from order confirmation, depending on your pincode and grinding schedule.
• Since each atta blend is freshly stone-ground to order, delivery time is longer than off-the-shelf products.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is handed to you or your authorized representative at the delivery address.
• If no one is available at delivery and a re-attempt fails, the order may be marked “return to vendor”. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

8. Food Safety & Consumption

• All grains are sourced from FSSAI-licensed suppliers. Vendor mills operate under valid FSSAI registration.
• Stone-ground flour is best consumed within 30 days of grinding. Store in a cool, dry, airtight container away from sunlight.
• Please review the ingredient list carefully if you have known allergies (e.g., gluten, nuts). We are not liable for allergic reactions from grain combinations you have voluntarily selected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the NutriAtta name, logo, product photography, AI recipes, grain library, code, and design — is the exclusive property of NutriAtta or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to (a) misuse the platform, (b) upload malicious code, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer any AI model or the Atta Builder, (d) resell products without our written approval, or (e) impersonate any other person or entity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriAtta’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the service shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, courier failures, or internet outages.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
